Jim Bondurant

C3 Staffing owner and CEO, Jim Bondurant, has over 10 years of experience in networking and technical staffing. C3 was founded in 2006 after gaining valuable experience in technical staffing with two Phoenix IT and business solution staffing companies. As the development business officer of a nationwide staffing company, he learned the core competencies required to identify, attract, and retain top talent from around the country. He received a BA degree in the Environmental Engineering Department from Arizona State University. Jim is also a member of EO, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, and other local volunteer organizations.

TJ Bondurant

C3 Staffing Partner, TJ Bondurant, joined C3 after 37 years of dedicated service to federal law enforcement. TJ retired as a member of the Senior Executive Service and has a current top secret with special access security clearance. His career in federal law enforcement included assignments as the Assistant Inspector General for Investigations with the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General where he was responsible for criminal and non-criminal investigations of misconduct by Department of Justice employees. His career also included 22 years with the U.S. Secret Service where he reached the position of Special Agent in Charge of Investigations. His investigative and protective assignments included the Presidential Protective and the Vice President Protective Divisions. He also served as a special agent with the Internal Revenue Service in Roanoke, Virginia.
